No Refund After Usage
Due to the nature of AI-powered digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used.
Once you start using premium features, credits, or subscription access, the purchase is considered consumed.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment charged but subscription not activated
- Duplicate payment made accidentally
- Technical error preventing service access
- Billing error from our side
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You didn't use the subscription
- You expected different AI responses
- Account banned due to rule violation
- Misuse or abuse of platform
- Partial usage of subscription
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription anytime. After cancellation:
- You will not be charged in next billing cycle
- Current period remains active
- No partial refund will be issued

- Date of purchase
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Processing Time
